1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed on the Jaize website, the customer will receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Jaize reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in INR (?).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Delivery time may vary depending on location (usually 3–7 working days).
Jaize is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide correct address and contact details. Jaize will not be responsible for wrong address submissions.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 3–5 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Innerwear, feeding nighties, maternity wear, and discounted products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Only size exchange is allowed (subject to stock availability).
Customers must share an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or wrong product.
Return shipping charges may apply.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.
Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
Customers must report damaged/wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos and unboxing video are mandatory.
Jaize will arrange replacement after verification.
7. Product Disclaimer
Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
Measurements may have minor differences (±1 inch).
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must check size chart before ordering.
Jaize will not be responsible for wrong size selection.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logo, and brand name “Jaize” belong exclusively to Jaize.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
